Privacy Policy Hope Alliance maintains the highest level of respect for the privacy of its donors. The following privacy policies guide our staff and volunteers on how they may and may not use your personal information. This policy may be updated from time to time. What Information We Collect Hope Alliance collects and uses various personal information from donors that includes amounts donated, address, telephone number, e-mail address and donor comments. How We Use That Information Hope Alliance will never sell, trade, rent or share names or contact information of our donors. We do occasionally publish the names of select donors for publicity and annual reporting purposes. You always maintain the right to have your gift be made anonymously or request that your name not be used in publicity materials. We will use your contact information exclusively for the following purposes: donation receipts, thank you letters, information about upcoming events and fundraising efforts, periodic updates on Hope Alliance impact and services, internal analysis and record keeping, state and federal reporting, and to inform you of changes to this policy. Financial Information Access to donor financial information is strictly limited to professional staff who need to process this data. No financial information is release to any person, organization or group that does not need to access this data. Hope Alliance uses third-party organizations to process online donations (Google, PayPal and Amazon). We do not store or have access to your credit card information, bank account information, or other account data sent during these transactions.
